JetBuzz Terms and Conditions – Please Read Before Playing

JetBuzz is an online gaming and betting platform operated under a valid licence and designed specifically for players based in Pakistan. The platform offers sports betting, live casino games, card games, crash games, fishing games, esports betting, and related entertainment services.

These Terms govern the entire relationship between you and JetBuzz from the moment you access our platform. They apply alongside any additional terms that may be published for specific products, promotions, or features within JetBuzz. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a specific product's terms, the specific product terms take precedence for that product only.

JetBuzz may update these Terms at any time. When we do, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page changes. Continued use of JetBuzz after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.

To create an account and use JetBuzz you must meet all of the following conditions without exception:

• You are at least 18 years of age. JetBuzz does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You are using JetBuzz for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, and you take sole responsibility for determining the legality of your participation.
• You are not a current or former employee of JetBuzz, nor a close family member of one, unless written permission has been obtained.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from JetBuzz under any account name or identity.

By registering, you declare that all of the above apply to you. JetBuzz reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be closed immediately and any funds held will be returned minus any winnings generated during the underage period.

Each person is permitted to hold exactly one JetBuzz account. Creating multiple accounts – whether using the same or different personal details – is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering on JetBuzz you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and any other details we request. You are responsible for keeping this information current. If your contact details change, update your JetBuzz account promptly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your JetBuzz account password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. JetBuzz will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact JetBuzz support immediately.

• Account registration is free. JetBuzz does not charge any fee to open an account.
• You may not sell, transfer, or allow another person to use your JetBuzz account.
• JetBuzz may at any time request identity verification documents, including a copy of your Pakistani CNIC or passport.
• Accounts registered with false information are subject to immediate closure without refund of bonuses.

JetBuzz accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR):

JetBuzz does not charge any deposit fees on its end. Your payment provider may have their own transaction fees – please check with them directly. Deposits must come from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned. Any deposit found to originate from a source not in your name will be frozen pending investigation.

JetBuzz is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's systems. If a deposit does not appear in your JetBuzz account within the expected timeframe, contact our 24/7 support team with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals from JetBuzz are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and is non-negotiable. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though large withdrawals may require additional identity verification.

JetBuzz processes withdrawal requests within 10 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method and the time of day. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically completed within 10 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to 24 hours.

• Withdrawals are only processed to accounts that have passed basic identity verification.
• Any active bonus balance must meet its wagering requirement before the associated funds can be withdrawn.
• JetBuzz reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 72 hours for security review purposes.
• Pending withdrawals may be cancelled by the player and returned to the JetBuzz account balance if the player wishes, but only before processing has begun.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

JetBuzz offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general rules unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device unless explicitly stated.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement which must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games will be stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity window stated in the bonus terms. Expired bonuses and their associated winnings are forfeited.
• Not all JetBuzz games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, crash games and card games contribute 100%, while certain live casino games contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are listed in each bonus's terms.
• JetBuzz reserves the right to cancel any bonus found to have been claimed through fraudulent means, including but not limited to multiple accounts, shared devices, or coordinated play patterns designed to exploit bonus terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between JetBuzz accounts or exchanged for cash directly.

JetBuzz may modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use. If you have questions about a specific bonus's terms before claiming, contact our support team – we would rather you fully understand a bonus than claim it and be surprised by the conditions.

Each game on JetBuzz is governed by its own set of rules which are accessible within the game interface. These rules take precedence over any general description of the game published on the JetBuzz website. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing real-money bets.

In the event of a technical error during a game round – including but not limited to a disconnection, server error, or display malfunction – JetBuzz will investigate the round using server-side records. The server-side result is definitive. If a round cannot be completed due to a technical issue on JetBuzz's end, the stake for that round will be refunded. JetBuzz is not responsible for losses caused by network issues on the player's end.

• Bets once confirmed cannot be cancelled by the player.
• JetBuzz does not accept responsibility for errors made by a player in selecting bet amounts or targets.
• Live game results determined by a human dealer or certified RNG software are final and cannot be disputed on the grounds of disagreement with the outcome.
• JetBuzz may void a bet if it was placed after the outcome of the event was already known, regardless of whether the platform displayed the bet as accepted.

JetBuzz is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and possible permanent closure:

• Collusion: Communicating with other players to coordinate strategies that disadvantage the platform or other players in a live game.
• Cheating software: Using any automated tools, bots, scripts, or external software to influence game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonuses through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or any other method that is inconsistent with genuine play.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your payment provider for funds legitimately deposited and used on JetBuzz.
• Money laundering: Using JetBuzz to process funds derived from illegal activity. JetBuzz reports suspicious transactions to appropriate authorities.
• Impersonation: Registering with another person's identity documents or using another person's payment methods.

JetBuzz monitors all accounts and gameplay for unusual patterns. Players found engaged in prohibited conduct will have their accounts closed, outstanding balances confiscated, and may be reported to relevant authorities. There is no appeal process for accounts closed due to confirmed fraud.

All content on the JetBuzz platform – including but not limited to the logo, brand name, website design, game interfaces, graphics, and written content – is the intellectual property of JetBuzz or its licensed partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the JetBuzz platform without written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the JetBuzz platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence is revoked automatically if your account is closed for any reason.

JetBuzz collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using JetBuzz, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

Key points include: we do not sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes; we use your data to operate your account, process transactions, comply with regulatory obligations, and improve the platform; and we use industry-standard encryption to protect data in transit and at rest.

JetBuzz takes responsible gaming seriously. We provide tools to help you manage your play, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are available in your account settings at any time.

If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we strongly encourage you to use our self-exclusion feature and seek support. Requesting self-exclusion on JetBuzz is permanent unless you contact us to request reinstatement after a minimum cooling-off period, and reinstatement is at our discretion. • JetBuzz will not market to players who have self-excluded.
• Deposit limits, once set, cannot be increased for 24 hours. They can be decreased immediately.
• Players showing patterns consistent with problem gambling may be contacted proactively by our team.

JetBuzz provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to ensure uptime and reliability, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JetBuzz's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. JetBuzz is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive losses.

You may close your JetBuzz account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance (excluding active bonuses not meeting wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within five business days.

JetBuzz reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time without notice if:

• The account is found to be in breach of these Terms.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months (dormancy fee of Rs 100 per month may apply after notification).
• We are required to do so by a regulatory or legal authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, JetBuzz may confiscate the entire account balance. Where closure is for other reasons, the real-money balance will be returned subject to standard withdrawal processing.

JetBuzz may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify you by email or via an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of JetBuzz after any change to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should close your account before the change takes effect. You can request a withdrawal of your balance at any time.
